- One-to-one sessions. 90-minute call for the first session. 60 minutes for each session after.
- Personalized Tools and Worksheets for you to keep.
- Stress Reduction Techniques if needed (Visualisation, Guided Breathwork and Guided Meditation).
- Follow-up emails after each session including key takeaway notes and action steps agreed to complete.
- Limited Text messages/emails including reminders upon request weekly (to increase motivation and accountability).

For many years I have observed the internal struggle of men suffering on the inside but always trying to pretend to be “ok” on the outside. We live in a world where men are often encouraged to suppress their feelings and this can create a sense of emptiness and unhappiness, mental health struggles and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
My intuition and life experiences have been guiding me for years to do this work. I sense there may still be a sentiment of not knowing where to go for support or how to move forward without that fear of being judged or vulnerable. Seeking guidance and support does not make you weak, it makes you stronger, as you are choosing to improve your life for the better.
COACHING VS HOLISTIC COACHING
Traditional coaching is goal-oriented and focuses on achieving a main goal, while holistic coaching focuses on a person as a whole, considering your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
For example, if one area in your life is out of balance, it can cause the other areas of your life to be impacted, like a domino effect.
To discover what you want in life and what small action steps need to be created, we first need to explore why and if your beliefs and past experiences affect you subconsciously, not letting you move forward.
By identifying and reframing these beliefs, we can focus on the present and work towards manifesting the life you genuinely desire.
