How to Release Someone You Can’t Let Go Of

How to Release Someone You Can’t Let Go Of

I want to share something personal with you today.

It’s something many of us carry quietly, sometimes for years, without ever naming it.

A while ago, someone from my past came to mind, not because I wanted to reconnect.

But in that softer, unsettling way, where a memory suddenly walks back into the room of your mind.

You know that feeling?

When someone you no longer speak to, or can’t speak to, shows up in your mind again. Not physically, but emotionally. Energetically. Like a small echo, you haven’t figured out what to do with.

And you realise:

There were things you never said. Questions left open. Versions of yourself they will never know. Wounds that were never acknowledged or healed.

For a long time, I didn’t know where to put those feelings. Or the words I never spoke. Or the goodbye I never got to have.

So I created a ritual for myself, a simple, visual, heart-opening practice that helped me gently release the people who stayed in my memory longer than they stayed in my life.

And today, I want to share it with you.

🌙 A Guided Meditation for Closure & Cord-Cutting

A healing space for anyone who:

• Never got closure

• Still thinks about someone who left

• Has emotional cords that still pull

• Holds regret, heartbreak, or unspoken words

• Can’t contact the person anymore

• Wants to close an old cycle

• Feels their energy lingering

This practice includes:

✨ A two-chair visualisation to express what was never said

✨ A gentle cord-cutting ritual to release emotional attachment

✨ A safe space to process heartbreak, regret, anger, or grief

✨ A moment to reclaim your power and energy

✨ A grounding practice to return home to yourself

If someone's name, face, or energy came to mind as you’re reading this… this meditation might be the space your heart has been needing.

You deserve peace.

You deserve emotional clarity. You deserve to let your heart breathe again.

If you’ve been carrying someone in your mind for too long, I hope this practice helps you release the weight… gently and with love.

Sending you so much love,

Estefanía
