  • One-to-one sessions. 90-minute call for the first session. 60 minutes for each session after.
  • Personalized Tools and Worksheets for you to keep.
  • Stress Reduction and Nervous System Regulation Techniques if needed (Visualisation, Guided Breathwork and Guided Meditation).
  • Follow-up emails after each session including key takeaway notes and action steps agreed to complete.
  • Limited Text messages/emails during working hours including reminders upon request weekly (to increase motivation and accountability).
